We are delighted to announce that, due to some generous donations, we are able to expand Kirsten Birkett’s hours and responsibilities at Church Society. Kirsty has been working as our Theological Consultant for the last couple of years, spending a day a week researching, writing and contributing to our online content on a number of issues. She led our response to the publication of the LLF book, and most recently has written an excellent series of posts on the issue of class and the church. She is the Managing Editor for our theological journal The Global Anglican, and has spoken at various Church Society conferences and events.
As well as continuing this theological work, Kirsty will now be taking on responsibility for some of our other publications and resources. She will be the new editor of Crossway, and she will be involved in producing the podcast and other digital resources including our regular email newsletter.
We are absolutely thrilled to have Kirsty taking on these roles and we are confident that her increased contribution will benefit all the work of Church Society.
